Modification of your Villa: If you should wish to modify your Villa in some way or need to organise a contractor, it is required that you contact the Site/Sales Manager for approval. There is a standard form for you to complete and present to the Site/Sales Manager.
All alterations need to be covered by Government Standards.
As part of all Residents Safety, all contractors need to have a Police Check and adhere to all building safety requirements, eg. Builders Licence, Police Check, Scaffolding for high areas and need to be advised of Speed Limits.
