Bushfire Evacuation Plan will be presented to you by the Site/Sales Manager.
We also have an annual Fire Drill. You will be given prior knowledge of this to ensure that you understand the safety procedures. Your Villa has been assigned an Assembly Point which is the Community Centre.
Please act as quick as possible in such a Fire Drill or the 'real thing'.
Emergency Evacuation Tag. This REG TAG is situated near your entry. If you are told to evacuate your Villa, please remove this tag and take it with you to the Community Centre. This identifies that all people have evaculated your Villa.
The Chief Fire Warden will drive around the Village, checking that there are NO RED TAGS still in the holder and will check for Residents inside.
At the Assembly Point, a Fire Warden will take the names of all the residents from your Villa to again ensure there is no one left inside.
A Fire Alarm is fitted within your Villa and is tested annually.
