Emergencies eg Medical, Fire, etc are best activated by way of the INS LifeGuard Smart Home device. This service has proved to be the quickest acting service as they have knowledge and procedures for entry via our Security Gate should this be after 6pm or prior to 6am. The INS LifeGuard operator will organise an Ambulance of whatever service is required and advise the Entry Code for Security Gate in after hours situations.
There is a Medical Information Form that you will be asked to complete and submit to the Site/Sales Manager. This form is then forwared to INS. If an Ambulance is required for you, the Paramedics can be advised by the INS Operator of your Medical History and Medications, so that they have advanced information that may speed up your assistance.
This Medical Information Form will be returned to you and is to be placed under the cutlery draw in your kitchen. The Paramedics can then check your medications and take the form to the Hospital if you are to be admitted.
