First Responders: Should an Ambulance be required at night, the INS Operator advises the required emergency service you require and then advises the Site/Sales Manager, who then advises one of the Resident First Responders.
There are four teams who are in this First Responders Group.
These First Responders have been trained in First Aid and may be of assistance until the Ambulance arrives. They have access to a Master Key if required, to enable Ambulance entry if a Resident is unable to open the door, eg injured by a fall etc.
They will remove your Medical Information Form from under the cutlery drawer ready for the Paramedics. If you need to be admitted to a hospital, the First Responders will ensure that your Villa is locked up securely.
This procedure helps with a smooth and quick response to your call.
